How to send document templates

Learn how to send document templates to multiple employees

You can send Document templates from the Send in bulk section:

  1. On your sidebar, go to Documents
  2. Go to Send in bulk
  3. Click on Add template
  4. Select the destination folder in the My Documents employee document space
  5. Select the Document template
  6. Click on Import template
  7. Select the employees who will receive the document
  8. Select Request signature if you want the employees to sign the document
  9. Select Select additional signers if you need to add a person who will also sign the document for each employee
  10. Click on Send to x employees
