Overview
The Feedbacks feature allows employees to send formal feedback directly through the Performance module or from One. Feedback can be shared with one or multiple people at the same time, helping teams streamline recognition and development conversations.
This functionality is especially useful for:
- Supporting performance review cycles with documented feedback
- Encouraging continuous feedback across teams
- Giving managers additional context about employee performance
- Centralising feedback in one accessible place
Users can also choose who can view the feedback:
- Only the receiver
- Only the receiver’s manager
- Both the receiver and their manager
Feedbacks are available to clients with the Performance module included in their plan.
How to use
- In your sidebar, go to Performance
- Open the Feedbacks tab
- Click on +Give feedback
- Select one or multiple employees
- Write the feedback message
- Choose the visibility settings:
- Visible only to the receiver
- Visible only to the manager
- Visible to both
- Click on Send feedback

Users can also access this functionality through One.

If you cannot access the Feedbacks module, make sure your company has the Performance module included in its subscription plan. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.
If you cannot see feedback someone sent you, the sender may have selected a visibility setting that does not include you. For example, feedback can be visible only to a manager.
