What is Desky?
Desky is an innovative software that turns any office into a flexible work space. With Desky’s visual editor you can recreate your office with all its desks and meeting rooms online. After that your employees can book desks and meeting rooms at any time from their phones or by scanning a QR-Code. Every booking is done in real-time.
👉 Factorial will sync automatically all employees data to have your company up-to-date on Desky.
How to set up the integration?
- Go to Factorial, head to Apps, click on Integrations section and scroll down till you find Desky
- Click on Install App
- If you don't have an account on Desky, select the option We are new on Desky and click Submit.
👀 All your employees of Factorial will have their Desky accounts created and synchronised to the new Desky account.
- If you already have an account on Desky, select the option Our company already has a Desky account and fill in Desky API Key.
👀 All the employees don't exist on Desky but exist on Factorial will have their account on Desky created.
The employees already exist on Desky will be just synced to the Factorial account.
How to access Desky?
Go to Desky website to Log in directly with the same email direction than you're currently using to access Factorial. We'll send you a PIN to enter your company.
