Enable and deploy SentinelOne with Factorial IT

To enable and deploy SentinelOne with Factorial IT, ensure you have Factorial IT MDM and a SentinelOne license, then follow the steps to integrate and deploy the agent across your device fleet through the MDM configurations.

This article explains how to enable SentinelOne integration in Factorial IT to automatically deploy the agent on all or part of your fleet of devices.

 

Prerequisites

  • Have Factorial IT MDM
  • Have a SentinelOne license (purchased through Factorial IT or existing)

Enable SentinelOne Integration

  1. You can enable SentinelOne integration from your SettingsMDMIntegrations (legacy)
  2. Fill out the form with the following information:
    • SentinelOne URL: https://xxxxxxxxx.sentinelone.net
    • Site ID:
      • In SentinelOne, open Policy & Settings → Sites
      • Click on your site to display the Site ID
    • Service User Token:
      • In SentinelOne, open Policy & Settings → Service Users
      • Create a new service user (New Service User)
      • Select your site and assign the Admin role

 

Deploy SentinelOne to Your Fleet

Deploying SentinelOne on your fleet's devices is done through your MDM configurations.

  1. In Factorial IT, go to MDM → Profiles
  2. Select the profile through which you want to deploy SentinelOne
  3. Enable the card corresponding to the SentinelOne integration
  4. Confirm

The SentinelOne agent will be automatically installed on all devices included in the profile.
