• Agent name — how the agent introduces itself to candidates.
• Company presentation — a short pitch used to introduce your company at the start of every call. Keep it under 3 sentences. It works as a fallback: jobs can override it.
• Voice gender — Male, Female, or Any.

Call behavior

• Allowed calling hours — start and end time, in the candidate’s local timezone. Candidates are never called outside this window.
• Retries when no answer — the maximum number of times the agent will try to reach the candidate.
