Factorial Campus is Factorial's training content offering for clients. It works alongside the Learning Management System (LMS): while the LMS allows companies to create, manage, and track their own training programs, Factorial Campus provides ready-made courses created and curated by Factorial.
This means companies can assign training content without creating courses from scratch.
Overview
Factorial Campus offers off-the-shelf training courses produced or curated directly by Factorial.
Each course is selected because it addresses a specific, high-priority need that companies are already facing and goes through a careful curation and quality review before becoming available on Campus.
Available courses
The first Factorial Campus program includes three courses designed to help companies prepare for the EU AI Act requirements related to AI Literacy.
How to use
Once your company has purchased access to a Campus course or a package that includes it, the course is automatically available in the Training section.

- Go to Training.
- Open the Campus course.
- Assign the course to the employees who should complete it.
- Once assigned, employees can access the course just like any other course in the LMS.
-
After completing the course and passing the quizzes, employees receive a PDF certificate confirming they have completed the course.
Note: Campus courses do not require any configuration before they can be assigned.
