What is AI Reports?
AI Reports is Factorial's AI-powered analytics experience, built into One. It lets you explore and analyse your HR data using plain language, no technical knowledge, SQL, or manual configuration required.
Instead of building reports from scratch, you simply describe what you need and One generates tables and visual reports instantly. You can refine results conversationally, drilling down into the data that matters most to you.
AI Reports always works within your existing Factorial permissions, so you only see data you are authorised to access.
Who is it for?
AI Reports is available to all Factorial users, with different capabilities depending on your role:
- All users — can generate tables and explore data through conversation, based on their data access
- Admins — will have additional capabilities including saving reports and sharing them with other users, rolling out in upcoming updates

You can access AI Reports in two ways:
- From the sidebar, click on AI Reports
- Through One — open it and start typing what you want to explore
