Access to AI Reports features depends on your role in Factorial. There are two levels: admins and all other users with access to One.

All users with access to One
Any user with access to One can generate tables through conversation. The data visible in those tables is determined by their existing Factorial permissions — AI Reports does not grant access to data they would not otherwise see.
When sharing becomes available, users will be able to view reports and dashboards that an admin has shared with them. The data they see in a shared report is determined by the report itself, not by their individual permissions. This means they may see data they would not normally have access to in Factorial. Admins are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.
Administrators
Admins have access to all AI Reports features. In addition to generating tables through conversation, admins can create and save dashboards, and will soon be able to save tables and reports directly in AI Reports.
When sharing becomes available, admins will be able to share any saved report or dashboard with other users in the organisation, regardless of those users' individual data permissions. Admins are fully responsible for deciding what content to share and with whom.
What's coming soon
- Save and revisit reports (admins) — save generated tables and reports as standalone items to access them directly at any time
- Share reports and dashboards (admins) — share saved content with other users in the organisation
- View shared reports (all users) — view reports and dashboards shared by an admin
