About Analytics in Reviews

Get a better understanding of the analytics of reviews of your employees

Once a performance review cycle ends, you can access detailed insights such as participation metrics, scores, and team trends. These analytics help HR and managers evaluate performance results and make informed decisions.

Where to find it

If you haven’t launched a review yet, check our guide on how to create and configure a performance review.

  1. Once the review has ended, in your Sidebar, go to Performance
  2. Select the specific performance review cycle you want to analyze
  3. Explore the three available analytics tabs:
    1. Heatmap: Visual representation of score distributions across different competencies or participants
    2. Scores: Breakdown of average scores by employee, competency, department, or role
    3. Team Insights: High-level summary of participation, top/bottom performers, and overall trends
  • If no data appears in tabs: Ensure the review has been launched and closed. Draft or open reviews won't generate analytics.
  • If some employees not showing: Check that those employees were included in the cycle and completed their reviews.
