This article explains how administrators can access and update billing information for their Factorial IT account.
Only users with administrator permissions can view and manage billing information in Factorial IT. If you do not see the Billing section, verify that your user account has administrator rights.
To update your billing information in Factorial IT:
- Access the Billing section
- Open the Factorial IT cockpit
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select a billing profile
- Review the list of billing profiles
- Select the billing profile you want to update
- Update billing details
- In the Hyperline billing portal, click Edit details
- Update your payment or billing information as needed
- Save your changes to apply them
About billing email adress: you can configure multiple billing email addresses for a single billing profile.
