In Factorial, recruitment permissions control who can create job openings, review applications, and manage the hiring process. Properly configuring these permissions ensures that your hiring workflow runs smoothly, while keeping candidate information secure and accessible only to authorised team members.
This article explains the different recruitment permissions available in Factorial and guides you on how to assign them effectively to your HR and recruitment teams.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Recruitment permissions to apply.
