Factorial’s new Multi-portal integration makes it easy to publish job offers across multiple platforms. This free feature is designed to streamline your hiring process.
Below, you will find a detailed guide on how it works.
What Do You Need to Do?
Only one step:
- Go to your Recruitment settings page under integrations tab
- Accept the updated Terms and Conditions to activate the new integration.
That’s it!
Once accepted, all your jobs will be published on various job portals (depending on the country and job offer type), and you will manage all your listings and applications from a single location.

External profiles
After activating the new integration, you will have access to a few sets of other job boards integrations that require extra configuration from your side. We will call this other job board: external profiles.
This new Multi-portal feature works without accounts, with a few exceptions like LinkedIn for example, which requires holding an account.
From here, you can add and configure (if needed) those job boards that require you to do so, or check the status of all the available job boards for you, and also opt out of any that you don’t desire to publish your offers.

Important
These external profiles will vary depending on the job opening country.
- Indeed → Active by default.
- LinkedIn: You will need to add your company LinkedIn's ID. To retrieve this, you can go to you company’s profile on LinkedIn and click on your employees count below the company name.

It will take you to the list of the company’s employee, but the important thing is that within the url we can see something like currentCompany=%5B"1234567"%5D where 1234567 is your LinkedIn company ID.
Copy that and paste it within the LinkedIn external profile configuration. You can click on “Verify your LinkedIn ID” to double check that your profile its correctly found by LinkedIn with the given ID:

Important: Please note that once you activate the LinkedIn integration here:
- We will automatically deactivate the old limited listing integration ( its being deprecated) for you if you had it installed.
- Jobs currently published on LinkedIn from the old limited listing integration will be unpublished (this may take up to 24 hours).
- Jobs coming from this new source will be automatically published (this may also take up to 24 hours).
- All previous LinkedIn history (such as applicant counts) will be lost, since the jobs will now be published through a different XML feed.
Jobs published in Factorial will automatically be published across all standard job portals and configured external profiles.

It also includes a counter displaying how many applicants were sourced from each portal.

Premium Job Postings – Marketplace & Approval Flow ( Coming soon)
Marketplace Overview
Once Multi-portal is enabled, you will find a new Marketplace section inside each job.
This page displays all available premium products for the country associated with the job.

There are two types of purchasable items:
Bundles
Bundles are a combination of two or more premium products from different job boards.
Each included product has:
- Its own duration in days
- A specific offer or visibility boost
You can hover the logo of each job board to see those details.
If you already purchased a product that is part of a bundle, that bundle will appear locked and marked as “Booked” until the previously purchased product expires.
Premium Products
This section lists all individual premium job boards available for your job’s country.
From here, you can:
- Hover the job board logo to learn more about that job board
- Hover the info (“i”) icon to see details about the specific premium offer(s) available
Approval Flow Required
To purchase premium job postings, you must configure an approval workflow.
Navigate to:
- Settings
- Recruitment
- Integrations
- Premium Portals purchase requests section
You will find a default group already created by Factorial:
“Default group for premium portal requests”

You can edit it based on your internal needs.
You must define:
- Approver(s): who will approve purchase requests
- Employees included in this workflow
(By default, Factorial includes everyone — but this can be adjusted)

You can keep the default configuration if it matches your needs.
Purchase Requests
Whenever a user buys a premium posting:
- A purchase request is automatically created
- It becomes visible under:
- Recruitment > Purchase requests
- A notification is sent to the assigned approver(s)

From there, you can:
- Track the status
- See who needs to approve it
- Cancel the request if it has not been approved yet
If the user making the purchase is also an approver, the request will be auto-approved and move directly to billing and processing.
Users will also be notified when the request is approved or rejected.
Once approved:
The purchase is automatically processed → A single charge is applied to your billing method → An invoice is generated and available in your account.

Tracking Premium Postings After Purchase
After approval and billing:
- The purchased products appear in the Job under the tab:
Premium postings - Each product status starts as Processing
- When updated to Posted, the external link becomes available in the side panel
The side panel displays:
- Job board link (if applicable)
- Detailed purchase and product information
Processing time
Premium postings are not published instantly after order checkout/approved. Each job board applies its own review and verification process to ensure the job offer complies with their quality and policy standards.
Depending on the job board, this review can take from as little as 1 hour up to a few days.
What happens after checkout and approval?
After you complete your purchase:
- Your job posting is sent to the selected job board(s).
- Each job board performs a manual or automated double-check of the offer.
- Once approved, the posting goes live for the purchased duration.
Processing time estimates
During checkout, you’ll see the maximum estimated processing time for each product:
- Whether you’re purchasing a bundle or a single product.
- Each job board displays its own maximum processing time.
These times are informative estimates, not guarantees.

In most cases, premium postings are processed within a few hours, but we show the maximum expected time to keep expectations clear and transparent.

- Applicable taxes depend on the country where the product is being purchased
