Survey permissions in Factorial determine who can create, edit, send, and view survey results. These permissions are managed through user roles and access settings, ensuring that surveys are only handled by the right people and that employee data remains secure.
Depending on their role, users may be able to create new surveys, manage existing ones, distribute surveys to employees, or access responses and reports. This article explains how survey permissions work in Factorial and outlines what each role can and cannot do, so you can confidently assign access and maintain proper control over your surveys.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for Surveys permissions to apply.
