Offering a healthcare plan is one of the most appreciated benefits among employees. With this feature, companies can easily register their health insurance offering, centralize all plan information, and make it accessible to team members enrolled in Benefits.
How to use
- In the sidebar, go to Benefits
- Click on Health Insurance, then select Create Plan
- Fill in the required sections:
- Plan Details: Basic information, enrollment conditions, policy document.
- Employee Cost: Employee cost.
- Dependents: Specify whether this plan supports additional members.
- Summary: Review the plan details.
- Save the plan to make it available to employees.
Employees enrolled in benefits will be able to access and download the plan details from their My Benefits section.
