It integrates Outlook to be able to automate the mailing system with Factorial and to be able to send e-mails automatically.
What is Outlook?
Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager software system. Though primarily an email client, Outlook also includes such functions as calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note-taking, journal logging, and web browsing
- Send custom emails automatically, every time thereâs a new absence or employee hire. You can also create welcome emails to send to new employees and share with them relevant information about the company.
How to set up the integration?
Follow the steps below to integrate Outlook with Factorial.
- Click on the âSet up integrationâ button from the left-hand side and sign-in to Zapier. If you donât have an account, click on âsign upâ and follow the steps to create an account.
- Search and select Factorial.
- Select the Trigger Event that will initiate the email sequence.
- Sign-in to Factorial and authorize Zapier to access your account. If you already linked Factorial with Zapier, select your account.
- Click on the âTest and continueâ button to check if your integration is working properly.
- Search and select Outlook.
- Select âSend Mailâ as the Action Event.
- Sign-in to Outlook and authorize Zapier to access your account. If you already linked Outlook with Zapier, select your account.
- Select the individual(s) who will receive the email.
Note âđŒ: You can select specific people by typing in their email, or click on the â+â button inside the input to select the new employee. - Fill in the subject and body of your email.
- Click on the âTest and continueâ button to check if your integration is working properly.
- Click on âDone Editingâ and turn on your Zap.
