Engagement permissions

Explore how to manage and optimize engagement permissions for enhanced collaboration and effective user interactions.

Engagement permissions in Factorial define who can access, view, and manage engagement-related features, such as surveys and feedback tools. By configuring these permissions, you ensure that engagement data is handled securely while enabling the right people to measure employee sentiment, analyze results, and take action to improve the employee experience.

Employees must be assigned to the corresponding permissions group for contracts permissions to apply.

 

 

How to set up your Engagement permissions

  1. In your sidebar, go to Settings
  2. Click on Permissions
  3. Select the Engagement section
  4. Enable or diable permissions 
  5. Click on Save changes

  • Manage engagement settings

    This permission allows the employees inside the specific group of permissions to configure and control all engagement-related settings. Users with this access can create and edit surveys, set up feedback tools, adjust survey schedules, and manage how engagement data is collected and displayed across the organisation.
