FleetDM guide

Discover how to effectively manage your fleet with expert tips and strategies in this comprehensive FleetDM guide.

The goal of this document is to give you some ideas of things to look at when testing FleetDM. Fleet MDM is a powerful mobile device management solution designed for IT administrators at companies with 100–500 employees. It streamlines device management, enhances security, and automates processes across your organization's fleet of devices, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. It is a bit of a different MDM - although it is very powerful, deployed in leading companies (Stripe, Dropbox, Atlassian, Toast, Uber) and on millions of devices, it does not look like other MDMs. This is why we have created this small guide to get you setup.

Good to know:

  • FleetDM powers the MDM part of Factorial IT. With your Factorial IT subscription, you get Fleet Premium and your FleetDM instance is hosted, maintained and updated for you
  • We have built a powerful synchronisation between Factorial IT and FleetDM, allowing us to build a better onboarding and offboarding software, Identity & Access Management, HR integration and more while transparently benefiting from the power of FleetDM for your devices
