The AI Chat is your personal assistant inside Factorial. It connects to your 1:1s, notes, and engagement data to help you prepare, coach, and follow up with clarity. You can ask questions, get summaries, or surface insights — all in context and in real time.
AI Chat helps managers turn meeting data into actionable insights. It makes it easy to track progress, identify blockers, and prepare for 1:1s with context. It also provides a team-wide view to see who needs support or hasn’t had a recent check-in.
When to use it
Before the meeting: Get a quick summary of your last 1:1, check pending actions, or see engagement trends.
During the meeting: Ask for talking points, add context, or capture key decisions as you go.
After the meeting: Generate a summary, list follow-ups, or set reminders for your next session.
Where to find it
You can access the AI Chat from the Engagement section.
It’s available:
On your main reports view, where you can interact with insights across all direct reports.
On an individual employee’s page, where you can ask for personalized context and suggestions.
Inside an active 1:1, where you can use it live during the meeting.
