This article explains where to find your Factorial IT invoices and what information they contain. It helps you access your billing history and understand the details included in each invoice.
Understand invoice content
Factorial IT invoices are official documents summarizing your charges. Depending on the billing type, invoices may cover subscription fees or hardware orders.
Subscription invoices
Subscription invoices include:
- The billing period
- Billed products and quantities
- The total amount, with a breakdown of HT / VAT / TTC
- Factorial IT (Clutch) legal information
- Invoice due date
Device and hardware invoices
Invoices related to device orders include:
- Hardware reference
- Ordered quantity
- The total amount, with a breakdown of HT / VAT / TTC
- Factorial IT (Clutch) legal information
- Invoice due date
Access your invoices
Access invoices from the Factorial IT interface
Only users with administrator permissions can access billing information from the Factorial IT cockpit.
- Go to Settings > Billing.

Review the available billing profiles, including:
- The profile used for subscription payments
- The profiles used for device orders and shipments
- Select a billing profile to be redirected to the Hyperline billing portal.
From the Hyperline portal, you can access all invoices linked to the selected billing profile and check their status:
- Paid
- Payment in progress
- Late
Receive invoices by email
Invoices are also sent by email to the billing email address associated with the account.
Multiple billing email addresses can be configured, allowing several recipients to receive invoices.
