How to create a training
- On your sidebar, click on Training
- Click on New course

Complete the basic information:
- Course name (mandatory)
- Objectives: Define this course's goals and outcomes
- Description: Add information about the content and structure of the course
- Competencies: Select competencies to be developed with this course

Optional:
- Course validity: the course is valid for a limited time and must be retaken afterward.
- Learning Platform: participants will have access to a learning management system, a forum, or similar platforms. This step is external, and you need to add a link to the platform you want to use.

Add Administrative Information: complete the necessary administrative information
- Creation year
- Internal code
- Format
- Tags

- Link this course with Workflows

Training Details
How to add a new group
You can create different groups to manage your courses. For example, you can set up multiple editions of the same course—such as a January edition, a February edition, and so on.
- Go to the course, to Groups tab
- Create a new group
- Fill in the general details of the group
- Group name
- Start and end date
- Group code
- Description
- Add sessions for this group of participants to attend, such as lectures, discussions, or activities, each with a designated day and time
- Select employees to participate in this group
- Costs: Track and manage all costs associated with this training group
- Attach group materials
You have the option to schedule reminders to be sent to the employees. These reminders can help ensure that employees are aware of upcoming sessions or deadlines, and can be customized to be sent at specific intervals before the session or deadline.

How to add new competencies
How to Create a New Competency
- Go to the sidebar and click on Performance
- In the top navigation bar, go to the Competencies tab
- Click on + New Competency
- A popup will open where you'll follow two simple steps:

Basic Information
- Competency group: Select an existing group (e.g., Leadership, Soft skills, Technical skills) or create a new one.
- Name: Give your competency a clear, descriptive name.
- Description: Describe what this competency involves and why it's relevant.

Audience. Define who this competency applies to:
- You can assign it to everyone in the company.
- Or select specific jobs (e.g., Marketing, Engineer, Manager).

Basic Information
- When you’re done, click Create and assign competency

How to add materials to a course
- Select the course
- Click on Materials tab
- Upload files

The size limit of pdf to attach to a course is 300MB.
How to upload certificates
- Navigate to the course where you want to upload certificates and open it
- Go to Participants and select the employee
- Select Upload Certificate within the employee profile

How to delete a training
- On your sidebar, click on Training
- Select a training of your choice
- Click the three dots icon
- Select Delete
