Overview
Participation Results show how many employees regularly complete their Pulse Check-ins. This helps HR teams and managers track engagement levels and identify employees who may not be sharing feedback.
AI Reports automatically analyze Pulse comments to detect themes and sentiment trends, grouping feedback into categories such as Workload, Collaboration, and Role Clarity. This provides a deeper understanding of what drives employee sentiment over time.
