To a few, several, or perhaps many of us, it has happened that we cannot make an E-Signature on one of our documents. It can be frustrating, especially when we are in a hurry. Is the document in PDF format?
The first and most relevant question is ☝. The document must be in PDF format so that we can be able to sign it successfully.
Has the document been edited?
Signaturit, the Electronic Signature service, recommends not making previous edits to the document. This may be the reason why we are not able to make the signature in our PDF.
Is the document encrypted?
In short, if the document is encrypted or write-protected, the signature will never appear.
Are you placing the signature inside the box?

Have all users signed the document?
We must wait for all users whom we have requested the E-Signature to sign so that we can view their signatures within the document.
