Simplify Recruitment with organized candidate data. Once you publish a job offer, you will start receiving candidates and their information is stored in the Candidates section.
Where to find the candidate database
- Select Recruitment in the sidebar
- Click Candidates tab, located at the top of the page
Additionally, after publishing a job offer, you will be automatically redirected to the Candidates section.

How to use the candidate database?
Add new candidates
- Click the button +New candidate located on the top right of the screen
- Fill in the new candidates details and Save
- Click the narrow arrow “>” on the right side of the button, this will give you the option to add an internal candidate or import them. Learn more about importing candidates here.


Upload CVs
This button allows CVs to be uploaded in bulk, you can upload up to 20 CVs at once. The formats that are supported are .pdf, .doc, and .docx.

Filter the database
You can filter candidates to view only the ones that interest you. You can filter by:
- Status
- Jobs
- Tags
- Source
As well as add more filters, such as:
- Legal entity
- Location
- Rating
- Rejection reason
- Team

Customise database
Columns can be customized by clicking the (...) icon and selecting Edit columns to visualize and display only the information that is relevant to you.

Add a candidate to another job offer or to the talent pool
- Click on (...) and choose Add to another job opening or Add to talent pool
- Fill the information
- Click on Add to job opening

Follow the same steps to delete a candidate.
A candidate can choose whether or not to be added to the talent pool by accepting or declining the terms of General Data Protection Regulations, which is sent after submitting a job application. Before proceeding with adding a candidate to the talent pool, make sure you are following your country's regulations regarding data protection.
How to manage candidates
The database contains all of the candidates, their personal information, job applications, source and overall average rating.
To get more information on each candidate, click the arrow next to the candidate to open up their profile.
The candidate’s profile contains the following information about the candidate:
- Personal information
- Tags - learn more about tags here
- Candidate documents / CV
- AI summary of the candidate
- Applications
- Evaluations - in this section the hiring team can add notes and rate the candidate between 1 to 5, the average rating will be displayed the candidate database.
- Files - view and upload the different documents or files for the candidate

How to add candidates to job openings
1. To add candidates manually from Candidate profile
- Click the arrow next to the candidates to open the candidate’s profile
- Click on the button +Add to job opening
- Select the job and the phase they will be placed in
- Add to job opening
You will then be directed to the candidate’s application in the Jobs section

2. Add candidates manually from Job opening
- On your sidebar, click on Recruitment
- Click on the Jobs section
- Open a job offer
- Click on +Add Candidate
- Fill in all the necessary information about the candidate
- Click on Add

3. Add an internal employee as a candidate to a job offer
- Head to the Jobs section
- Open the job offer you want to add your internal employee to
- Click on narrow arrow '>' next to the Add candidate button
- Select Add an employee
- Choose the hiring phase and the candidate
- Click on Add employee
