The Contact Management feature allows you to create, assign, and track clients within projects. With multiple ways to create and assign clients, this feature streamlines client tracking and enhances project reporting.
Benefits of contact management

Creating a New Contact as a client
Follow these steps to create a new client:
- Navigate to Finance from the main menu
- Click on Contact
- Add the contact’s details and click Save
- Once saved, the client will be available for assignment to projects
Ways to assign clients to a Project
1. Assign while creating a new Project
- Create a new project from the Projects section
- In Step 1: Basic Information, select the client from the dropdown menu
The selected client will automatically appear in the project’s data table, ensuring easy tracking and reporting.
2. Bulk assign Clients to multiple Projects
- Go to the Projects section
- Select multiple projects by checking the boxes next to their names
- Click on Actions and choose Assign Clients
This method allows you to efficiently assign a single client to multiple projects at once.
3. Assign Clients via Project settings
- Navigate to a specific project and click on it
- Go to the Settings tab
- In the Basic Information section, assign a client to the project
Accessing Client information from the contact page
You can also view and manage client-related project details directly from the Clients section:
- Go to Finance and select Contatcs
- Click on a client’s name (e.g., "Alan Insurance")
- View all the projects associated with that client and their related information
