Widgets are key components of the dashboard that display specific information or provide easy access to essential actions.
Clock in widget
This feature is only available if time tracking is included in your plan and the desktop clock-in option is enabled.
This widget allows people to record their start and end times for the workday, as well as any breaks taken throughout their shift.
Inbox
Inbox offers a simplified and clear interface that allows you to view pending tasks, requests and assignments. The Inbox widget enables you to stay on top of your pending responsibilities.
Holidays and events
These widgets display upcoming holidays and events, allowing you to stay informed and plan accordingly. With just a glance, you can see holiday dates and company events in order to stay organized and engage more effectively.
“Today” Widget
The Today Widget displays important events happening in your company on the current day. This includes birthdays and work anniversaries of people across the organization, helping you stay connected and celebrate your colleagues’ milestones.
Team Status Widget
With this widget, HR admins and managers can know the real-time working status of employees with fixed schedules and shift management:
- Missing clock-in: employees who are expected to work based on the planned shift but have not clocked in yet.
- Clocked in: employees who have clocked in.
- Not in office: employees who are not in the office.
HR admins and managers can also view the clock-in location or access quick shortcuts that will allow them to send reminders to employees who haven't clocked in or check their time tracking page.
All Communities
Admins and managers can share relevant information with their employees through the company widget.
