Get a better understanding of the results in eNPS
In order to have access to the results:
- On your sidebar click on Engagement
- Press on eNPS
- Click on Results
- Choose a cycle. (By default the current one or the last available cycle will be selected.)
- Look at the results table
Any user who belongs to the admin permission group or is an assigned supervisor will have access to the results. A minimum of three employees must have answered before any data is available in this section.
eNPS surveys are meant for all active employees, so there is no need to select the participants.
