How to integrate A3innuva Nómina

You will be able to send data from Factorial to A3Innuva using the API integration. To get started, follow this step-by-step:

  1. Go to Marketplace → Integrations
  2. Select from A3Innuva Nómina
  3. Click on Install
  4. Fill in the data for configuration
  5. Make sure your employees have the A3 code filled in their profiles
  6. Log in with your Wolters Kluwer credentials in Factorial


How to use it

  1. Install the Payroll app - it’s free!
  2. Go to Payroll → Incidences
  3. In the Type toggle menu, filter it by All new hires
  4. A new column will appear called Payroll Integration status
  5. You will be able to see if the incidence is Available or Unavailable to do the sync

There are two ways of synchronizing the incidences:

  • Manually: select each employee and sync the incidence
  • In bulk: Select all the employees and click on Synchronize incidences
