Connecting Power BI with Factorial will allow for querying and analyzing your company information. This first release allows navigating all Employees and their basic info.

How to integrate Power BI with Factorial

1. On your sidebar, head to Discover Factorial→ Integrations
2. Select Microsoft Power BI and click on Install for company
3. On your sidebar, go to Settings
4. Scroll down to Advanced configuration and click on API keys
5. The admin create a new API key. You need to save this API Key because it won't be shown again.
6. Connect the data in Power BI. You need to click on the file button, that is the toolbar.
   
    
7. Then, you will see the Power BI sidebar with some options. You need to click on Get Data and then on Web.
   
    
8. In the web windows there are two options, Basic and Advanced. You have to click on Advanced option.
   
    
9. You need to fill the Web form, there are the following fields to fill, URL Path and the HTTP Request header, you must fill these fields with the following values: 
   1. URL path: https://api.factorialhr.com/integrations/146392730/powerbi.xml
   2. In case you want to this with API, you change the URL path to an API endpoint (GET). For example, if you want to GET the attendance, you will paste the https://api.factroailhr.com/api/v2/time/attendance
      
      
       
10. Finally, click on the OK button.
     

Once you completed the previous steps, you will be able to access the data.
