Set Up the Reviews Functionality

Create reviews to give feedback and measure performance.

Install Reviews

  • Head to Apps
  • Scroll down to find Reviews
  • Click on Install App

Create a Performance Review 

  • Head to Performance
  • Select Reviews
  • Click on the +Create Review 📍Located in the upper right corner
  • Select Reviewers: The reviewers you would like to include
  • Press on Submit

Configuration Section

Basic Info

  • Edit the Name of the review
  • Add a Description 

Privacy Settings

Configure if the answers will be anonymous.

Answers Availability

Two things you can set here:

  • Hide results from reviewees: Only admins and managers will be able to see the results.
  • Answers visible to managers: Managers can see the responses and analytics of the employees they manage as soon as they're submitted.

Supervisors

👩🏾‍💼 Different to managers, who will only be granted access to the results and statistics, supervisors can edit the questions and access the results. Admins will always have access.

    • Click on Add Supervisor

    How can I Remove a Supervisor?

    ➡ Click on (...) 
    ➡ Select Remove from Review

    Questions Section

    👁 The categories of questions visible in this section will be based on the selection of reviewees you chose when creating the performance review. 

    Singular Questions

    • Click on Add question 
    • Press on Add your question

    Group Questions

    💡 By grouping  questions, you can subsequently obtain a report. For example, you want to make a performance evaluation specifically for the sales team. In this evaluation you will add a section of questions concerning learning ability. When the sales employees have completed the evaluation, you will get a report based on the learning ability answers. This is how you will be able to measure and compare the learning performance of your sales employees.

    • Press in + add section
    • Introduce a title (i.e. Personal Questions) 
    • Add questions by pressing in the (+)

    Edit Group Section 

    1. Rename the section 
    2. Remove the question

      Participants Section

      💡In this section, you will see the list of all the employees involved in the review. 

      Adding Participants to the Review

      • Click on +Add participants

      ☝🏽When clicking on the arrow from a participant, you will be shown the list of people that will evaluate the reviewee.

      Starting the Review

      ⇒ You will be able to extend the review period for employees to respond to a performance review.

      • Add Frequency - (Mandatory)
      • Choose one Start date - (Mandatory)
      • Choose one End date - (Optional)

      • Head to Responses

      Review Email Notifications

      📩 Automatic notifications 

      • Once launched, the employees will receive an email and a pending task notification on their Dashboard.
      • Employees will receive an email 2 days prior to the close of the review.

      🔗Send a reminder

      • You can notify reviewers with pending reviews to complete them.


      👱🏽‍♀️ Review Analytics
