      Passwords with Factorial

      In this article, we will explain to you the steps to take if you have forgotten your password. You will also be explained about how to change your password. Follow these simple steps to recover it!

      Did you forget your password?

      1. Click on Sign In
      2. Select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD

      Recovering the Password

      •  Introduce an active email
      • Click on -Send me Reset Password Instructions-

      🔺 Check your SPAM FOLDER; the Reset Password Instructions Notification could be saved there.

      How can I change my password?

      Scroll down the menu until you find your account name : 

      • Click on the arrow 
      • Opt for My Settings

      • Introduce the new password 
      • Press enter
