You may have assigned a document to an employee in the wrong folder, or the same employee may have shared a document in an inappropriate folder. In that case, you don't have to delete the document and share it again, but you can move it from folder to folder.
In this short article, we will show you how to move documents from one folder to another.
How do I move a document?
Simply go to My Documents and access the document you want to move from folder to folder.
Select the document, and access the preview. You will see, that will allow you to select the folder of documents to which the document should be stored.
Once you have selected the corresponding folder, click on Submit, and the document will be stored in the chosen folder.
