How do I sign up for the app?
Getting started with Factorial's candidate recruiting functionality is very quick and easy. Simply access the Apps section of the side menu and enter the Recruitment app page. Once inside, click on the "Start free trial" button, confirm and... Done!
If you have already finished your trial period, you can reactivate the application by clicking on the "Activate application" button and confirming the payment process.
How does the trial period work?
The recruitment application has a 14-days free trial period. You can activate the trial period at any time from the Recruitment page within the Apps section as we have already explained.
Upon activation, you can start enjoying the recruitment app for 14 days. Once this period ends, if you have not canceled your subscription, the cost of the tool will be charged to the same card you use to pay for the Factorial HR product.

Which is the cost of the feature?
The recruitment feature has an additional cost to your Factorial HR subscription. This price will depend on the number of employees in your account at the time of hiring the functionality.

When the subscription is taken out, a charge will be issued on the same card you have registered for payment of your subscription to Factorial HR. The subscription to the recruitment application will be monthly or yearly depending on how you have configured the subscription to Factorial HR. Therefore, considering the number of employees and your subscription to the platform (payment recurrence and billing cycle) the corresponding pro-rata amount will be calculated. Let's see an example.
Ana has an annual subscription to HR Factorial that she hired on February 1, 2020. On June 15 she decides to hire the recruitment application, having at that time 38 employees in her Factorial account.
In this case, an annual payment will be made (the same as her subscription to Factorial HR) in the amount of 745.8 euros (693 euros corresponding to the period from July 2020 to January 2021 (99 euros* 7 months) + 52.8 euros for the remaining 16 days of June).
On February 1, 2021, the annual charge for the HR Factorial and the recruitment application (considering the number of employees at that time) will become effective.
So, how do the payments work?
As explained above, when you activate the application, a charge will be made corresponding to the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
From that point on, renewals, whether annual or monthly, will be made automatically coinciding with the renewal of your subscription to Factorial HR.
In the case of annual subscriptions, if there is a change in the price range due to an increase or decrease in the number of employees, the corresponding adjustment will be made on the 1st of the current month. Let us look at an example.
Anne hired the recruitment application in February, having at that time 25 employees in her Factorial account. At the time of activation, she paid 49 euros for 7 months (343 euros), which is when her subscription will be renewed.
Eventually, Ana's company grows and by mid-June, she has 31 employees in her Factorial account and therefore changes the price range for the recruiting application (from £49 to £99 per month). On July 1st, a charge of 50€ will be made (corresponding to the difference between the initially contracted range (49 €/month) and the new price range (99 €/month)).
This adjustment will be applied every 1st of the month (if applicable) until the day of the subscription renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. At the moment of cancellation you will no longer be able to use the tool, but do not worry, we will not delete your data. Therefore, if you decide to activate the application again, everything will be just as you left it.
