You can set up the configuration of the available days in two different ways: based on the full year or generated until today.
Available days based on the full year
By selecting this configuration, your employees will see the time-off they have until the end of the year independently from the actual date.
In the following example, on 12/08/2019, the employee has a total of 22 days and only 4 taken This sets a total of 18 available days.
Available days generated until today
By selecting this configuration, your employees will see the time-off generated until the actual date.
For example, in a policy of 22 labor days at 12/08/2019, the employee has a total of 14 days generated. Subtracted to the 4 that has already taken, it sets a total of 10 available days.
How can I change the way available days work?
By default, your company will be configured with the option Available days based on the full year. Anyway, you can change it at any time for your different time-off policies.
Log in to your account.
Go to the Company section and select Time-off.
Select the time-off policy you want to change.
Scroll down till the section Advanced configuration, select one of the available options and save the changes.
