The more you use the Task feature, the more you will receive notifications to your email. These notifications will be very useful to be aware at any moment and not to mislead you.
In this short article, we explain the cases that will generate notifications in your user account.
When you receive a task to do
You as an employee, if your administrator, manager, or team leader assigns you a task on your board, you will receive an email notifying you about the task.
Due date 1 day before
In case you have self-assigned or your superior has assigned you a task with a due date, one day before the due date, Factorial will inform you about it by sending you an email. In this way, you will be notified one day in advance, and in case you get lost, you will be able to finish what you set out to do or were assigned to do.
When you import a task template
As soon as an administrator or manager imports a task template into your task board, you will receive an email notification. The task templates are a set of tasks, if you want to know more about it you can consult this article.
When you perform/complete a task
Once you have completed the task (by marking the task as completed), the responsible person who assigned the task will receive a notification that you have completed your work.
