Exclude your Employee´s from the Time Tracking

There are probably some employees who shouldn't clock-in at your company. For these cases, we show you in this short article how to disable their clock-in from their accounts. 

 Steps to Exlude Employee´s from the Time Tracking 

  1. Head to Time Tracking 
  2. Click on the (...) - 📍 located in the upper right corner
  3. Opt for Manage Employees

  4. Choose the employees who will be excluded from the Time Tracking

    Exclude employees from time tracking
  5. Submit 

If I want to include them again, what should I do?

Follow the steps previously mentioned ☝  and de-select the employees excluded.
