How to assign a team leader?

To assign a team leader is as easy as a pie. 

First of all, you should know that leaders can see information about the team members they are leading and will be able to manage their absences. The leader will not have access to the payroll, contracts, or documentation of the team members.

The first thing you need to do is to log in to your Factorial account and access Employees > Teams > Select a team.

From the list of employees who are part of the team, choose the employee you want to make a leader. Click on the gear icon and select "Set as Team Leader".

If you have followed these steps, the photo of the employee you have made leader will now appear at the top of the page.

If you need this employee to remove from leadership, click on the gear icon, and select "Set as Team Member".
