Request and Assign Absences

As you can request, you can also assign types of absences. Discover in this article the different steps you can take to achieve this action.

Request Types of Absences through Time Off 

  1. Go to Time Off 
  2. Click on + Time Off - 📍 (Located in the upper right corner)
  3. Fill in the Custom Fields 
    🔹 Type of Absence: Telework 🏡
    🔹 Several days
    🔹 Starting from: 11/2/2020
    🔹 Ending on: 11/20/2020

    Add time off

 Assign Types of Absences to your Employees 

👉 Head to the Omni Button 

Onmi Button

👉 Add Time Off 

👉 Fill in the Custom Fields 

You will have the option to select all, the majority or users in particular 👇📸

Select employees

👉 Select days
👉 Finally click on Add X days

You can also Assign Types of Absence from your Employee's Profile

  1. Go to Employees
  2. Search for the employee in question 
  3. Click on the employee
  4. Select Time Off 
  5. Click on Add Time Off
