How can I Add Custom Fields?
- Head to Company
- Click on the section Customization
- Scroll until you find Custom Fields
- Add Custom Field
Who Can See or Edit Custom Fields?
You decide, edit permissions from Company>Permissions

Create your 1st Custom Field:
Add the Details of the Custom Field:
• Title: Type of Contract
• Field Type: Single Choice
• Press in Create Custom Field
Where can Custom Fields be viewed from an Employee's Profile?
- Head to the Employee in question
How to Delete a Custom Field?
- Click on the Configuration Wheel
- Select Delete
How can I Import Custom Fields?
- Head to Employees
- Click on (...)
- Select Import Employees
- Press on Download Employee Template
💡The administrator can directly add and/or edit employee custom fields in bulk.
⚠️Custom fields are either mandatory or optional (indication of the custom field status in Company > Customization). In an attempt to remove the value of a mandatory custom field this will create an error that will be informed via email.
